Room Reservation Policy
If you need assistance making a room reservation, please call the Help Desk at 680-7624.
Classrooms will be available for students to reserve by the 3rd or 4th week of every semester.
The following rules apply to students wishing to reserve a room:
- All rooms will be available for studying*. The large rooms are reserved for study hall studying.
- Rooms may be reserved 48 hours in advance for a 3 hour block.
- Students are only allowed 2 reservations per day.
- Reservations can only be edited up to an hour before they begin
- Common areas can be reserved using the form above.
- All reservations are subject to cancellation by the school if the space is needed for academic instruction or administrative purposes. Notice will be provided to the student who holds the reservation as soon as possible.
* Room 421 is a designated video rehearsal room and does not fall under all these rules.
